The Great CoastA sanctuary of peace within a world of chaos, this area can even be thought of as the end of the world, with good reason too, being the last region on the surface of AUO just after the Endless Desert. The glimmering blue ocean stretches on as far as the eye can see and the white sand beach seems to go on forever in either direction. However, while it may seem like a place of peace and safety, it holds dangers of its own all the same, most lying on the islands just off shore. |

Surrounded on three sides by sheer cliffs, opening only to the crashing waves of the ocean, this little cove is a seemingly quaint little spot to just relax and forget about the dangers of the virtual world. Sun-warmed white sands fill the area, soft and super fine to the touch, along with large, flat-topped rocks, making for many places to lay down in the sun and just listen to the waves. Don't let your guard down though, because just like anywhere outside a safe zone, even here is not safe from the dangers of the game.

Since it's release, this rocky outcropping has quickly risen to infamy in being a place of more self-inflicted deaths than anywhere in the world of Alternate Universe. Many people choosing to plummet to their deaths against the sharp rocks at the bottom than continue on through this death game. Fierce winds often take hold of this area, spraying the stone with water and making it slick and dangerous. It's said to be a good fishing spot, if you're willing to risk a watery end.

Fair warning, these islands cannot be reached by swimming. It is said that a large beast dwells in the deep waters, and will attack any who ventures into its home. The only hope is to travel by boat, as it renders one almost invisible to the beast, so long as the boat is the only thing touching the water. However, if one can reach one of these small little volcanic islands, they'll find themselves in a tropical paradise like no other.

On the largest of the Pebble Islands is this massive volcano, engulfing nearly the entire island with its incline. Smoke billows from the top of the Mt. Raya, and the ground rumbles every hour, always threatening to erupt. It's rumored that within the vent shaft of the volcano, a rare item of the game can be found. The legendary Lava Guava, which holds the ability to heal anything and anyone. But the fruit is not so easy to come by, growing only deep within the shaft, and holding burning properties which would inflict massive pain and damage. It is only by wearing high-level gloves that one can safely handle the fruit. Be warned, for if the fruit is allowed to cool, it will turn to poison, killing any who consume it; keep the fruit piping hot by wrapping it in the leaves of the Lava Guava plant.

Their base is located in a tiny forested section of the beach where palm trees act as their shelter and hide the small cob houses that make up their home. These cob houses were built on a small ocean pool that connects to the ocean by a small stream. They are then connected to each other and the entrance/exit to this little sanctuary by small boardwalks.
